Ice cubes 2 to 3
fresh cream 2 tablespoons (optional, use nut butter if you wish)

Peel the apples and chop in to small pieces.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients – chopped apples, soy milk, fresh cream, maple syrup or sugar and ice cubes
Add this to a blender and blend well in high till everything is well combined.
