- cake flour 1 1/4 cup
- cocoa powder 1/4 cup
- baking powder 1.5 teaspoon
- baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
- sweetened condensed milk 1 can (1 cup)
- sugar 1/2 cup
- whole milk 1/2 cup
- warm water 1/2 cup
- oil 1/2 cup
- vanilla essence few drops
Instructions for eggless chocolate cake recipe
- In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, mix together the sugar and oil.
- Add the milk and warm water to the bowl, add the vanilla essence and mix everything well.
- Now add the sweetened condensed milk to the milk mixture and mix the contents well until well blended together.
- Add the mixture of wet ingredients slowly to the bowl of dry ingredients with flour, and stir well the ingredients without any lumps. You can use a balloon whisk to mix the contents without forming any lumps.
- Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
- Transfer the cake batter to a well greased cake pan.
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center of the cake comes out clean.
