I have used a little pure ginger juice add spiciness and flavor to the soup, which will also make the soup more healthy as ginger is a very healthy spice. If you don’t have fresh ginger juice, you may also use a pinch of paprika or sprinkle some black pepper powder instead.
I also added a little pure raw honey to add a hint of natural sweetness to the berry soup.
Paprika may be little more hot for some of you, so if you don’t prefer it much spicy, then I recommend using black pepper powder if you don’t have ginger juice.
