Homemade Turmeric Tea Recipe For Inflammation
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Black Tea Powder (or use tea bag)
- 1 cup Water
- ¾ teaspoon Organic Turmeric Powder
- 2 cloves
- 1 teaspoon Organic Black Peppercorns or Black Pepper Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Organic Nutmeg Powder or a pinch
- 1 teaspoon Fresh grated ginger or organic ginger root powder
- 1 Cardamom pods optional
- 2 tablespoons Pure organic raw honey
Instructions
- Add water and as the water starts getting hot, add the tea powder.
- When it starts boiling, add all ingredients except honey and boil for about 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, switch off the stove, cover the pan and let it sit like that for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, strain the tea, add the raw honey to the herbal tea and mix well. Enjoy the turmeric tea while it is still warm!
