Recipe For Apple Nut Cake With Fresh Apples And Cashews
This easy recipe for apple nut cake uses fresh apples and cashews to make a very simple and delicious cake for dessert.

- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 2 fresh apples peeled and grated
- ½ cup finely chopped cashew nuts or nuts of your choice
Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
Mix the dry ingredients ( flour, baking powder and baking soda) in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar very well. Then add the melted butter and vanilla essence to the mix and combine well. Fold in the grated apples.
Combine the dry ingredients to the egg sugar mixture slowly and stir properly.
Finally add the finely chopped cashew nuts to the cake batter and mix well.
Grease a cake pan with butter and pour the cake batter. Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once it is done, allow the cake to cool down in the rack. Let it cool completely before cutting.
