Ingredients

  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic or use 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt optional, adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Peel the avocados and remove the seed from inside.
  • Scoop out the flesh of the avocados and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, garlic and lemon juice, mash using a potato masher or fork. You can taste the guacamole, and you mad add a little salt too if you want and mix well to combine.
    The garlic & lemon juice flavored simple and easy guacamole dip is ready to be served!

Notes

You don't have to make it like a paste, little chunks of avocados in the guacamole makes it more yummy!
