Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place the greek yogurt in a bowl & whisk very well so there are no lumps in the yogurt and it's very smooth and creamy in texture.
  • Add the heavy cream and stir well to combine.
  • Also add the lemon juice and mix well to combine with the yogurt mixture.
    You may taste the greek yogurt substitute for sour cream that you made and you may add little more cream or lemon juice if needed, to adjust to your taste preferences.
  • If not using immediately, keep it chilled for best results & serve with anything as you desire!
    Some suggestions will be to serve it as a sauce to dip nachos, fries, vegetables, serve over baked potatoes etc.
