Easy Peach Cobbler From Scratch With Fresh Or Canned Peaches
Easy homemade peach cobbler from scratch can be made using fresh peaches, canned peaches or even frozen peaches and makes one of the most simple, easy, delicious, best American Southern style desserts ever!

Wash, peel, remove the pit and slice the peaches in slightly medium long slices.
Place the sliced peaches in a bowl and add the one tablespoon of sugar for fruit filling, mix well to combine.
You can keep this mixture refrigerated until the batter is ready.
To make the peach cobbler batter:
In a bowl, add the self rising flour.
In a different bowl, mix together to cream the softened butter and sugar.
Also add milk and vanilla to the butter sugar mixture and combine well.
Slowly add the butter sugar milk mixture to the dry flour mixture and stir to combine and form the batter. Make sure there is no dry flour left in the batter.
To make easy peach cobbler:
Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
Gease a baking pan with little butter and pour the batter to the prepared pan.
Spoon the fruit filling made of peaches and sugar on top of the batter.
Place the peaches uniformily across the batter.
Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes until the cobbler looks golden brown in color and the inside is cooked through!
