Egg Slice Sandwich - Sliced Egg Salad Sandwich

Egg slice sandwich or sliced egg salad sandwich made using toasted bread, hard boiled egg slices and mayo or ranch dressing as the main ingredients for a quick, easy, delicious breakfast, brunch or lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 bread slices
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing or mayo
  • 1 cheese slice
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder

for garnishing (optional)

  • 1 hard boiled egg sliced

Instructions

  • Toast one slice of bread in a pan until both sides are lightly toasted.
  • Place the toasted bread in a plate and top with ranch dressing or mayo.
  • Slice the boiled egg and place 3 to 4 egg slices (depending on the size of egg slice and also the bread), across the bread on top of the ranch spread or mayo.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper powder.
  • Now toast one side of the second bread in the pan.
  • Flip the bread and place the cheese slice on top, then toast the other side of the bread too until the cheese is beginning to melt.
  • Once the cheese is beginning to melt, take the toasted bread with cheese carefully and place it on top of the other bread slice with egg slices, to make the creamy, delicious egg slice sandwich!
  • For garnishig, you may just serve the sandwich with the other boiled egg on side or slice the other boiled egg too and place a few slices on top of the sandwich and remaining on the side of the plates and sprinkle with black pepper powder.
    Serve hot for breakfast, brunch or lunch for best results!
