  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups milk or almond milk or coconut milk 2 cups
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Add the raspberries and blueberries to a high power blender (if using fresh berries, make sure to wash them very well).
  • Also add milk and honey, blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to serving glass cups, enjoy immediately!
If you want a very smooth texture for your smoothie without any residue from the seeds of blueberries or raspberries, it is a good idea to filter the prepared smoothie through a smoothie presser before transfering to serving cups.

Notes

How to store raspberry blueberry smoothie?

It is always best to enjoy your smoothies as soon as they are made.
This raspberry blueberry smoothie also tastes the best and has the best texture when it is served immediately.
However, if you want to save the smoothie for longer time, you may transfer the smoothie to mason jars or glass jars and store in the refrigerator for about a day or so.
Just before serving, you may blend the smoothie again for the best results.
For even more longer storage, you can transfer the smoothie to ice cube trays and store in the freezer!
