Fresh Pineapple Juice Recipe

Pineapple juice is delicious, refreshing and popular tropical fruit drink made of fresh pineapples which is so easy to make at home using ripe pineapples!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple slices wedges or cubes
  • 2 cups water chilled
  • 4 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 ice cubes or as needed

for garnishing (optional)

  • 2 pineapple rings or wedges as preferred

Instructions

  • Place the fresh pineapple slices in a good quality blender.
  • Add sugar and chilled water also to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Filter the contents through a good fine mesh strainer to discard any residue like leftover pulp from the preparation of juice (you may discard the leftover pulp or use it to make muffins, pancakes etc if you like).
  • Add ice cubes to serving glass cups and pour the filtered juice to the glass cups.
  • Garnish with pineapple rings or wedges if desired.
  • Serve immediately for best results!
  • If serving later, make sure to keep the pineapple juice refrigerated until ready to serve (it will remain fresh in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days if stored properly).
