Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup honey or pure fresh maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the greek yogurt to a good quality blender.
  • Also add blueberries, milk, honey and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth to make creamy and delicious greek yogurt blueberry smoothie!
  • Transfer to glass cups and serve immediately for best results.
    If you want to save this smoothie for serving at a later time, you will need to store the smoothie in refrigerator and if the smoothie thickens or texture changes you may need to run it through the blender again right before serving.
