Garlic Sauteed Broccoli On Stove Top - How To Saute Broccoli

Garlic sauteed broccoli makes one of the most simple, delicious, quick, easy and healthy green vegetable side dish using fresh broccoli florets that is perfect for snacking or enjoy as a side dish with rice, noodles etc for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh broccoli florets medium sized
  • salt adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place the broccoli florets (washed and cleaned but make sure it's dry) in a large frying pan or skillet.
  • Add olive oil and enough salt, cook in medium heat for about one minute.
  • Add garlic powder also to the pan, stir the contents very well to coat with the broccoli, cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Stir again and saute the broccoli for another 1 to 2 minutes until the broccoli is well sauteed and lightly browned on edges but still crunchy in texture!
  • Enjoy the delicious sauteed broccoli as it is for a healthy, delicious green vegetable snack or you can enjoy it as a side dish with rice, noodles, pasta etc for lunch or dinner.
  • Also, you may add more seasonings like black pepper powder, lemon juice etc if you wish!
