Blueberry Milk - Flavored Milk With Blueberries

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup blueberries recommend using fresh blueberries, if using frozen make sure to thaw first
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  • Place the blueberries in the blender.
  • Also add milk, sugar and vanilla extract, blend until smooth.
  • To make the best blueberry milk, transfer the prepared blueberry flavored milk to microwave safe cups or bowls and heat for about 30 seconds. Stir well and if desired, you may microwave the contents for another 30 more seconds.
  • Enjoy immediately for best results!
  • If you want to serve this later, you can store this in glass bottles or jars and just before serving blend the contents again for the best texture.
  • If you leave this milk in room temperature for longer time, the milk may curdle so it is best served as soon as it is made.

Notes

If you want to make this beverage using dairy free milk, you may use almond milk, oat milk etc based on your preference. 
Also, you can use other natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup instead of white sugar if you wish.
