Avocado Banana Smoothie Without Yogurt - Dairy Free Vegan Smoothie

This yummy banana avocado smoothie is made without white sugar, as we use pure fresh maple syrup and bananas for the natural sweetness.
You may also use raw honey (if you do not want to keep this vegan) or any other natural sweetener instead of maple syrup, or you may skip the sweetener altogether and just use the bananas for the sweetness if you wish.

Avocados are known as butter fruits in many parts of the world  and they are actually used to replace butter in many recipes.
In fact avocados can be used in many vegan recipes where butter is called for.
You will really don't feel the difference and this is very healthy for you because of all the good natural fats in this wonderful fruit.
