Strawberry Juice Recipe

Easy and delicious homemade strawberry juice with lemon makes the perfect drink for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • ¾ cup water chilled
  • 2 Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries in water really well and cut the leaves if any. You can use a strawberry huller to make the job more easy.
    Cut the strawberries in to halves or more to make the blending more easy.
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth!
  • Strain the juice to filter out any seeds (optional) and serve in tall glass cups, enjoy!

Notes

If you are saving the strawberry juice for later use, you should refrigerate it as the juice taste best when used cold. 
You may also freeze the strawberry juice for a few days or more ( I haven't done this for more than a few days) in ice cube trays and use later.
