Apple Milkshake Without Ice Cream

Apple milkshake (apple shake) using fresh pink lady apples, milk etc is so delicious, quick and easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized pink lady apples (or use another variety of apples that are sweet)
  • 2 cups whole milk chilled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to your preference
  • 1 tablespoon cream optional

Instructions

  • Peel and core the pink lady apples (discard the seeds), slice into small or medium sized pieces.
  • Add the apple slices to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the delicious milkshake to glass cups and enjoy the drink while it is still cold and chilled! If saving for later use, you should refrigerate the milkshake for best results.

Notes

You can use vanilla flavored milk instead of using milk and vanilla extract separately.
If you use the vanilla flavored milk which is already sweetened, you may not need extra sweetener, or adjust the amount as needed.
Adding fresh cream (or you may use nut butters like almond or cashew butter) are totally optional and do it only if you like the flavors, but they really enhance the flavors and make the milkshake more rich and delicious too.
