Fallen Chocolate Brownie Cake Without Eggs - Moist Brownie Cake
This is a very moist, delicious, soft chocolate brownie cake with soft, moist texture. It is so delicious that you wouldn't even need any frosting but you can easily add fresh fruits or fruit toppings or cream or frosting for a quick decoration.
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients - flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda and milk powder until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
In another bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar. Add the water and vanilla extract to the butter sugar mixture and stir well until the mixture is well blended.
Transfer the wet ingredients mixture slowly to the dry flour mixture and mix well to form the batter. Do not overly mix the batter, but make sure there is no dry flour mixture left at the bottom of the bowl and also make sure all the ingredients are evenly mixed together.
Preapare a cake pan by greasing with little butter and line with parchment paper (this is a very moist chocolate cake so I highly recommend using the parchment paper).
Pour the cake batter to the prepared cake pan.
Bake in the preheated oven to about 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the centre of the cake comes out clean. If the top of the cake looks cooked before the inside is completely cooked (check in about 40 minutes time), cover the pan with foil and bake for the remaining time.
Allow the cake to completely cool down before frosting or slicing and serving!
