Peach Nectar Juice - Homemade Fresh Juice From Ripe Peaches
Homemade peach nectar juice using fresh, ripe & sweet yellow peaches (may use other varieties of peaches too)! Makes a very delicious, refreshing and cooling drink for summer or any time of the year when you have got peaches.
Peel the skin off the peaches, remove the seeds and slice the peaches in medium sized pieces.
Transfer the peach slices to a blender. Also add one cup of water, lemon juice (if using) and two tablespoons of sugar, blend until smooth.
Transfer the delicious, refreshing peach nectar juice to tall glasses, top with ice cubes and serve immediately! If making for later use, keep the juice refrigerated until the time of serving for best results.
Notes
As I mentioned early, the yield from four peaches was about 3 cups of fresh juice which is perfect for 2 large servings. You may double or triple the recipe or increase as much as you want, if you want to make the fruit juice for more number of people. If you double the recipe, you may need to blend the juice in multiple batches.Always make sure to keep the juice chilled until serving as the homemade fresh juice tastes the best when served chilled. You may also use little more ice cubes as required, to keep the juice chilled, but keep in mind that as the ice melts the juice may turn thin in consistency.
