Creamy, delicious, thick blueberry milkshake with ice cream & fresh blueberries makes a very quick breakfast drink that almost taste like a dessert drink!
- 1.5 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup milk chilled
- 2 cups ice cream vanilla, blueberry, birthday cake flavor or any suitable choice
- 3 tablespoons sugar adjust to your preference
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Wash the blueberries very well and transfer to the blender.
Also add the ice cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract.
Blend until very smooth. Blueberry milkshake tend to have tiny bits of skins from blueberries which are visible, but that's totally normal.
Transfer the delicious & creamy blueberry milkshake to glasses, enjoy immediately for best results!
If making for later use, keep it refrigerated until serving, because the milkshake tastes the best when its served chilled.
You may need to stir the milkshake a bit with a spoon before serving, if you are storing for later use.
Also, if you are not serving the same day, its a good idea to freeze the milkshake.
You can freeze the milkshake in ice cube trays to store for few more days if needed and just blend the frozen cubes again in the blender until very smooth, just before serving.
