Wash the blueberries and strawberries very well and add them to the blender. I sliced the strawberries in halves before adding to the blender.
Add the milk, sugar, vanilla extract and yogurt also to the blender.Blend until very smooth (to make it more easier, you may blend the berries and milk first and then add yogurt at the end as it is easier to add the yogurt at last).
Serve immediately for best results! You may adjust the amount of berries or proportion of strawberries and blueberries to your taste.To make the smoothie even more thick and frosty, you can use frozen berries and frozen milk cubes if you wish, or you may reduce the amount of milk!
You may also adjust the amount of sugar based on your preference.If you wish to save the smoothie for later use, make sure to refrigerate until serving. It's a good idea to stir the smoothie very well before serving.If you want to store it for more than a day, you may freeze the smoothie by transferring the contents to an ice cube tray.Later, you may just blend the frozen cubes just before serving. You may store the prepared smoothie in the freezer for few more days.
