  • 1 cup whole milk chilled

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons pure fresh maple syrup adjust to taste

  • Chop the apple (peel the apple before chopping if you want to) and chill or freeze the apple slices if you desire.
  • Add the apple slices to a good quality blender.
  • Also add the peanut butter, maple syrup and milk.
  • Add the vanilla extract and cinnamon powder.
  • Blend everything until very smooth.
  • Serve immediately for best results!

If you wish, you may add one scoop of vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream to make this milkshake even more creamy and delicious.
If you add ice cream, you can reduce the amount of milk by half and also you may reduce the amount of sweetener used since the ice cream is already very sweet.
You may also add a teaspoon of coffee powder for coffee flavor or one tablespoon of chocolate syrup for chocolate flavor!
If you do not have maple syrup, you may use honey or sugar or any sweetener of your choice.
