Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add water, milk, sugar, vanilla and instant coffee powder to a blender.
  • Blend until the ingredients are well blended and the coffee is frothy (you can see the foam on top).
  • Transfer the prepared delicious cold milk coffee to glass cups, serve immediately for best results.
  • The foam on top will reduce gradually, as the coffee sits on, so make sure to enjoy this immediately for the best results!

Notes

If you wish to replace milk with cream or half & half for more creamy & rich texture, you may need to reduce the amount of cream to about ¼ cup (in place of ½ cup milk) and increase the amount of water by ¾ cup.
Also you want it to be more frosty in texture, you can freeze the milk in ice cube trays and use the frozen milk cubes instead of using cold milk.
