Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cook the oats for about 2 minutes until the oats is almost cooked and soft. Make sure to stir in between so the oats won't get burnt at the bottom of the pan.
Add fresh blueberries (washed well) to the pan and stir well to combine with the oats.
Continue cooking the oats & blueberries for another couple of minutes until the oats is soft and the blueberries also turn soft.
Mash some of the blueberries with a large spoon so the blueberry flavor will blend with the oats easily.
Also add honey & vanilla extract to the oatmeal, mix everything well to combine and serve the delicious blueberry oatmeal warm!
