Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt chilled
  • 2 tablespoons honey may adjust the amount slightly to your preference
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Take the plain greek yogurt in a bowl.
  • Whisk the yogurt or stir the yogurt very well using a spoon for the best, creamy and smooth texture.
  • Add the vanilla extract and one tablespoon of honey and mix very well with the yogurt so the honey & vanilla are mixed evenly with the yogurt.
  • Top the remaining yogurt with the honey or you may mix that also with the yogurt if you prefer more sweetness for the yogurt & you can drizzle more honey on top if you wish. Feel free to adjust the amount of honey as you prefer!
  • You can also add nuts like walnuts, almonds etc as topping or use fresh fruits like sliced strawberries, peaches, mangoes etc or add bluberries, pomegranates etc for colorful, more delicious yogurt.
  • You can also add granola, fruit syrups or fruit sauces (fruit compote) to make more more flavored yogurts easily.
