Ingredients

  • 8 oz pineapple I used canned chilled pineapples in juice (you may use 1 cup of fresh, ripe pineapple chunks chilled or frozen)
  • 1 large bananas frozen preferred
  • 1 cup almond milk or whole milk or coconut milk, chilled
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Add the chilled canned pineapples with juice & banana to a high power blender.
If you have fresh frozen or chilled pineapple cubes, you may use that too.
  • Also add the chilled milk (almond or regular or coconut), honey and vanilla, blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately for best results!
If you used fresh pineapples instead of canned pineapples, it is a good idea to filter the smoothie using a smoothie strainer to remove any hard residue from the pineapples.
