Banana pineapple juice smoothie made of canned pineapples in juice (you can use fresh pineapples as well!) & bananas to make a yummy, easy and quick tropical breakfast fruit smoothie!

  • 8 oz pineapple canned pineapple in juice or 1 cup of fresh, ripe pineapple chunks chilled or frozen
  • 1 large bananas frozen preferred
  • 1 cup almond milk or whole milk or coconut milk, chilled
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  • Add the frozen or chilled pineapple & banana to a high power blender.
  • Also add the chilled milk (almond or regular or coconut), honey and vanilla, blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately for best results!
  • How to store banana pineaple juice smoothie?
  • This tropical fruit smoothie tastes the best when it is served immediately, as pineapples can curdle milk if it sits for room temperature for longer.
  • However, you may store in the refrigerator for longer time (few more hours), if you want to serve this later. You may need to blend this again in the blender just before serving.
  • For even longer storage, you may transfer the smoothie to ice cube trays and store in the freezer, if you wish.
