Ingredients

  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables California blend vegetable mix of broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
  • salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder adjust to your preference
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, place the frozen mixed vegetables - broccoli, carrots and cauliflower from the California frozen mixed vegetables bag.
  • Add salt, oil, lemon juice and also all the spices - paprika, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
  • Mix everything well until the oil, lemon juice, salt and spices are well combined with the frozen mixed vegetables.
  • Line a baking sheet with good quality aluminium foil and place the seasoned frozen vegetables in a single layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until the vegetables are well roasted and lightly browned.
