Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit.
Add the frozen broccoli to a large bowl.
Also add the frozen cauliflower to the same bowl.
Add salt, garlic powder and paprika.
In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil and mix well.
Add the balsamic vinegar olive oil mixture to the frozen vegetables.
Using a good quality spatula, toss the ingredients so the frozen broccoli and cauliflower florets are well mixed with the seasoning.
To roast the seasoned broccoli and cauliflower florets, layer a large baking sheet with good quality aluminium foil.
Place the seasoned cauliflower and broccoli in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 to 35 minutes until they are lightly browned and roasted to your preference!
Enjoy the roasted cauliflower and broccoli while they are still warm for the best results! Once the roasted vegetables are traferred to a serving dish, you can sprinkle lemon juice and black pepper powder as you prefer or you can also add red chili flakes if you want it more spicy!
