Ingredients

  • 2 kiwifruits ripe, I used slightly greenish yellow Newzealand kiwi
  • 4 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice from about half of a medium sized lemon
  • 2 cups water chilled

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the kiwifruits.
  • Slice the kiwifruits in cubes.
  • Add sugar to the sliced kiwi, mix well and add this to a blender.
  • Also add the lemon juice and water, blend until smooth.
  • If you do not want the seeds to be crushed very small, you may blend the kiwi slices lightly by taking intervals in between, instead of blending until smooth which will crush the seeds as well into the juice.
  • I prefer blending this until smooth which is more easy to do and I think that is more tasty & nutritious as well.
  • Strain the kiwi juice through a fine mesh strainer if desired.
  • Serve immediately for best results!

Notes

If making for later use, make sure to store this kiwi juice in a refrigerator so it will be fresh and chilled.
