  • 1 large mangoes ripe, chilled or frozen
  • 1 large banana ripe, chilled or frozen sliced
  • 2 cups milk chilled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons pure fresh maple syrup


  • Peel the mango, slice it and add the slices to the blender (discard the pit).
  • Also add roughly sliced banana, milk, vanilla extract and pure fresh maple syrup.
  • Blend everything until smooth.
  • Transfer to glass cups and serve immediately for best results!
