Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup peaches sliced ripe, peeled, pit removed and sliced (or use canned peaches) I used ripe white peach
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Place the oatmeal in a microwave safe large bowl.
  • Add sliced peaches (peeled and pit removed or canned peaches) also to the oatmeal (It is a good idea to slice the peaches in small to medium sized pieces).
  • Add sugar, cinnamon powder and water, stir well to combine.
  • Place the bowl in microwave and cook for 2 minutes.
  • If needed, you may stir the contents (handle the bowl very carefully as it will be very hot) and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  • Add milk and heavy cream, stir to combine with the oatmeal, enjoy!
