  • 2 cups strawberries sliced frozen or fresh
  • 2 large bananas frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup greek yogurt chilled (or use low fat regular yogurt)
  • 1 cup almond milk or regular milk, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Add the sliced strawberries and bananas to a good quality blender.
  • Also add the milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla extract, blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately for best results!


To save this smoothie for later use, you can refrigerate the smoothie in jars or pitchers.
Once you are ready to serve, give a good stir or you may blend it again in the blender for best results.
Since bananas are added, slight discoloration may happen if you keep the smoothies in room temperature for a longer time, so this is not recommended.
You may also freeze the smoothie for longer storage (in ice cube trays) if needed.
