About Recipe Garden

Recipe garden is a food blog with easy & simple recipes, mostly vegetarian and vegan recipes with some egg recipes as well.

I write in few other online platforms and I like to use my pen name for my online writings here and here.

Aslo you can find the recipe garden facebook page here and here is my Pinterest page!

Here you will find easy instant pot vegetarian recipes, Indian recipes and also different recipes from other parts of the world.

You may find that some of the recipes have eggs as ingredients and there will be egg recipes also, but you will also find lots of recipes without eggs too.

Do try out some easy pancake recipes, corn recipes and cookies if you like easy, delicious recipes that are also simple!

I followed vegetarian diet for about 30 years and I still eat mostly plant based foods.

Though I do not completely follow a vegetarian diet nowadays due to personal reasons, vegetarian food is what I personally like & prefer and that is the reason why you find mostly vegetarian recipes in this blog (and you may find references to a vegetarian lifestyle in some of my previous posts which I wrote before).

All recipes you find here are tried and tested in my kitchen and they are loved by me or my family members or my friends.

A few words about me! I'm a mom and a wife and I have two little boys who I love the most. I am from India and I live in the United States with my family now.

I love my family very much and that's my first priority and I decided to leave my day job as I wanted to spend more time with my family.

I was working in the IT field before I had my kids, and eventhough I loved the job very much, I had the desire to spend more time with my kids so I decided to quit.

And I am so happy that I have a wonderful husband who supports me in my decisions.

I love to try different recipes from around the world, so you will probably see different recipes that I try myself, although most of my recipes are inspired by the Indian vegetarian cooking.

If I adapt recipes from anyone else or any other websites or blogs, I will give credit to the original recipes in my posts, even if I make modifications of my own.

I may tweak or change the recipes as I try out different versions of the recipes and I may modify my posts accordingly.

Other than recipes, I may write product reviews and food related articles as well.

I value my readers and I welcome respectful suggestions and comments.

Thanks for reading!
