Ingredients

  • 6 frozen corn on the cobs I used corn on the cob halves or mini ones
  • salt adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper optional, adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Place the frozen corn on the cob halves in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle the salt and drizzle the melted butter or olive oil across the corn halves.
  • Also add the black pepper powder if using.
  • Brush the seasonings (oil or butter, salt and pepper if using) evenly on the corns or you can gently roll the corn on the cobs inside the bowl so the seasoning is evenly spread on the corn.
  • Place the seasoned frozen corn on the cob halves in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  • Once the corn is placed inside the basket, turn on the air fryer, set the temperature to 350 degree Fahrenheit and set the timer for 10 minutes.
  • Once the cooking is done, you can see that the corn is roasted well with tiny brown spots on the surface.
Turn off the air fryer and carefully transfer the roasted corn on the cobs to serving plates and enjoy the cobs while it's still warm for best results.
  • If you desire, you may add little more seasonings of your choice, more butter etc as you like to make it even more delicious!
