Bisquick Chocolate Pancakes With Chocolate Chips For Breakfast
Chocolate pancakes with chocolate chips, bisquick pancake mix and chocoate drink mix makes a very quick, easy and yummy breakfast or brunch for chocolate lovers!

To make chocolate pancake batter:
Add the bisquick pancake mix in a large mixing bowl.
Also add the chocolate drink mix or equivalent amount of cocoa powder, sugar and cinnamon powder.
Mix all dry ingredients well so they are combined evenly.
Add milk and vanilla extract to the dry flour mixture, mix well to combine and form the pancake batter.
You may use a whisk so there are no lumps in the batter.
Add the chocolate chips to the pancake batter, mix to combine with the batter evenly.
To make the chocolate pancakes:
Heat a skillet or non stick pan. Grease with little oil or butter if needed.
Add one to two ladles of batter to the hot pan.
As bubbles appear on top of the pancake, carefully flip the pancake and cook the other side too.
Transfer the cooked chocolate pancake to a serving plate.
Similarly cook all chocolate pancakes and transfer them all to serving plates.
Top with chocolate syrup if you wish or top with maple syrup, butter, jam, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce etc or fresh fruits like sliced bananas, strawberries etc for a delicious, easy and quick breakfast or brunch!
