Ingredients

10 oz frozen corn
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions

Place the frozen corn in a frying pan and place the cold butter on top.
Turn on the heat and cook in high heat so the water content from the frozen corn will begin to evaporate and the butter will start melting.
As the butter melts and the water from the corn evaporates, change the heat to medium.
Once the water is all evaporated, and the butter is melted, continue to cook the corn.
Stir well to combine the melted butter with the corn and cook in low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes until the corn is cooked and lightly stir fried!
Serve warm, enjoy the corn as a delicious side dish with breakfast, lunch or dinner!
