  • 10 oz frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions

  • Place the frozen corn in a frying pan and place the cold butter on top.

  • Turn on the heat and cook in high heat so the water content from the frozen corn will begin to evaporate and the butter will start melting.

  • As the butter melts and the water from the corn evaporates, change the heat to medium.

  • Once the water is all evaporated, and the butter is melted, continue to cook the corn.

  • Stir well to combine the melted butter with the corn and cook in low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes until the corn is cooked and lightly stir fried!
