- 2 mangoes ripe
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream plus more for topping as needed
- 2 cups milk chilled
Peel the mangoes, slice in medium sized pieces (discard pit).
Place the mango slices in the blender.
Also add vanilla ice cream and milk to the blender.
Blend everything until smooth!
Transfer to tall glass cups, top with more ice cream (optional) or you may top the milkshake with whipped cream, cherries etc as you like. Serve immediately for best results!
