Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt a pinch
  • teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions

  • Crack the egg into a ramekin bowl (or any microwave safe bowl), add salt and whisk well using a fork.
  • Add the butter also to the whisked egg.
  • Place the bowl in microwave and cook for one minute.
  • If needed, you may microwave for few more seconds after checking for doneness.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper powder, serve with toast, fruits etc as you like!

Notes

Serve the microwave egg omelette hot with toast, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal etc for best results! You may also use it to make simple egg sandwich!
