- 2 cups raspberries frozen or fresh
- 2 large bananas frozen or fresh
- 1 cup thick coconut milk chilled
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Add the raspebrries and bananas (sliced roughly) to a good quality blender.
Also add the coconut milk, honey and vanilla extract.
Blend until very smooth.
Pour the berry banana smoothie with coconut milk to glass cups, serve immediately for best results!
