Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries frozen or fresh
  • 2 large bananas frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup thick coconut milk chilled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the raspebrries and bananas (sliced roughly) to a good quality blender.
  • Also add the coconut milk, honey and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until very smooth.
  • Pour the berry banana smoothie with coconut milk to glass cups, serve immediately for best results!
