Wash the bell peppers, slice the end with stem and scrape out the seeds.
Once the seeds are removed, slice the bell peppers into medium sized cubes (do not make them too small pieces!).
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or skillet and add the sliced bell peppers.
Add salt, mix well with the peppers, cover with lid and cook in low heat for about 5 to 6 minutes.
Once the peppers are cooked (but still crunchy in texture), open the pan, add garlic, onion, paprika, turmeric powders and mix well.
Stir fry in medium heat for a couple of minutes until the bell pepper slices begin to brown.
Add soy sauce and lemon juice to the pan, mix well the peppers and stir fry for another one minute.
Serve hot with rice, noodles, eggs etc for breakfast, lunch or dinner as a delicious, crunchy vegetable stir fry for a healthy, nutritious, colorful side dish for any meal!
