Scrambled Eggs With Mozzarella Cheese - Cheesy Egg Scramble

Mozzarella cheese scrambled eggs on stove top makes easy, creamy and cheesy scrambled eggs for breakfast, snack or side dish! You can use the cheesy scrambled eggs on toast, sandwich fillings, wraps, or top with pasta or add to salads!

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
  • salt a pinch
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a hot pan and crack the eggs and add to the pan.
  • Add salt and let it cook in medium to high heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Once it's done, gently scramble the eggs and add the mozzarella cheese and let it cook for another 1 minute.
  • Add the black pepper powder also to the scrambled eggs, stir to combine evenly and serve hot on toast for sandwich or serve as a side dish with toast, pancakes, waffles etc as you like!

Notes

Cheesy scrambled eggs with mozzarella cheese is best served hot as soon as it's prepared, on top of toast or as sandwich filling for best results. However, if you want to save this for later use, you can transfer the cooked eggs to an air tight food container and store it in the refrigerator for another couple of days and reheat if necessary or enjoy cold along with sandwich or salads.
