Ingredients

  • 10 medium sized carrots
  • salt adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Wash, peel and trim the carrots and season the carrots with oil and salt.
  • Place the seasoned carrots in a single layer in an oven safe skillet or pan or baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 to 22 minutes until the carrots are well roasted!

Notes

If you want the carrots to be evenly browned on both sides, you will need to flip the carrots half way while roasting.
