Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized mangoes
  • 2 medium sized oranges
  • 4 tablespoons honey may use sugar too, adjust the amount based on your preference for sweeteness
  • ½ cup orange juice or mango juice or water, chilled
  • 3 ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Peel the mangoes, dice and freeze the sliced mangoes.
  • Also peel the oranges, dicard the seeds (if any) and dice the oranges & freeze the sliced oranges too.
  • Once the fruits are frozen (if you do not wish to freeze the fruits, just refrigerate until they are very cold but frozen fruits usually works better for smoothies), add the frozen fruits to a good quality blender (I had about 3 cups of fruits from the oranges & mangoes).
  • Also add the honey and chilled juice or water and ice cubes (if you are using the ice cubes).
  • Blend the ingredients until very smooth.
  • Pour to glass cups and enjoy immediately for best results!

Notes

If serving later, make sure to save the smoothie in refrigerator, since it tastes the best while it's cold.
You may also freeze the smoothie in ice cube trays for even longer storage.
