¼teaspooncardamom powderor use ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Place the pineapple slices in the blender.
Add sugar, yogurt and milk.
Also add cardamom powder or vanilla extract for flavor.
Blend until smooth!
If you used fresh pineapple slices, filter the contents through a fine mesh strainer or smoothie strainer to remove any tough bits residue from the pineapple slices. If you are using canned pineapples, filtering is not necessary.
Transfer the prepared lassi or pineapple yogurt smoothie to glass cups and serve immediately for best results!
If not serving immediately, make sure to keep it chilled in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
You may store this lassi in the refrigerator for couple of days or if you want to store it for more days, you may transfer the contents to ice cube trays and freeze it (make sure to freeze properly in freezer safe containers like ice cube trays or it may spoil).
