Chop the pear into small sized pieces and keep it aside.
Mash the bananas and mix it with the oatmeal in a bowl. Add the milk, maple syrup and melted butter to this and mix everything well until well combined.
Pour this oatmeal banana mixture onto the cake pan.
Spread the chopped pear in single layer on top of the oatmeal mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
Bake for about 45 minutes in the oven or until the top of the oatmeal starts to brown.Enjoy the oatmeal as it cools down.
Notes
You can serve the oatmeal warm or chilled as you wish.Also you can enjoy the pear baked oatmeal as it is, since it is totally delicious even with out any toppings. However, you can also add toppings of your choice like more fresh fruits or nuts or whipped cream as you like!
