As I am using pear and bananas for this baked oatmeal recipe, this is kind of mixed fruits oatmeal breakfast recipe. I had this one pear which is leftover and I thought of adding it to my favorite banana baked oatmeal recipe, however I slightly made some modifications from the banana baked oatmeal recipe. I layered the chopped pear slices on top of the oatmeal banana mix I prepared from scratch, sprinkled some cinnamon powder and baked it in the oven. The flavor of the pear banana baked oatmeal is wonderful as it fills up your kitchen and home. This is delicious and kid friendly as well.
