- 20 oz canned pineapple slices in juice equivalent to about 2.5 cups
- 2 cups blueberries I used fresh berries
Optional Ingredient
- honey 2 tablespoons or adjust to taste
Place the pineapple slices in the blender. Also add the pineapple juice in the can to the blender (if you use fresh pineapple slices and do not have pineapple juice you can just use plain water or coconut water if you like).
Wash the blueberries very well and add this also to the blender.
Also add the honey (if using) and blend the contents until smooth.
Transfer the prepared blueberry pineapple smoothie to glass cups and serve immediately for best results!
