- 1 cup cherry plums seeds removed and sliced, about 6 cherry plums
- 2 tablespoons sugar or any sweetener like honey
- 2 cups milk chilled
- ½ cup yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Place the chopped cherry plums (wash the cherry plums very well, remove the seeds/pits and slice the fruits) in the blender.
Add milk, yogurt, vanilla extract and sugar (or any of your favorite sweetener) also to the blender.
Blend until smooth!
Transfer to serving cups and serve immediately for best results!
