Microwave the frozen corn for about 2 minutes so it will be soft (if not, you may heat for an additional one minute).
Once the corn is heated in the microwave (and there is no leftover water content in the bowl), add salt and black pepper, mix well to combine with the corn. You may add a little (about 1 teaspoon) of lime juice or lemon juice if you wish.
Now add the whipped cream cheese also to the bowl and mix well to combine with the corn. (If you want to use sour cream or mayo (about 1 tablespoon) you may add that also and mix with the corn cream cheese mixture)
Enjoy the prepared cream cheese corn dip warm or cold with any chips of your choice, like tortilla chips, fritos, potato chips etc as you like! I also like to use this cream cheese corn dip as a spread or filling for sandwiches sometimes with added cheese like cheddar or pepper jack or gouda, but it's also just so delicious as it is! Other than just using corn, you may also add lightly sauteed or fried chopped bell peppers or other spices or seasonings like taco seasoning if you wish!
