Easy Roasted Breakfast Potatoes - Baked Cubed Potatoes At 450
Oven roasted breakfast potatoes are easy to make at home and taste delicious you can serve them with pancakes, toast, eggs etc as you like!

- 8 medium sized potatoes I used yukon gold potatoes
- salt adjust to taste
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder adjust to preference
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Clean the potatoes, peel and slice in cubes.
Place the sliced potatoes in a large bowl.
Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper powder and olive oil. Toss the potatoes evenly in seasonings and oil.
Preheat oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit.
Line a large baking sheet with aluminium foil and arrange the potatoes in a single layer.
Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until they are lightly browned on edges.
Serve hot for best results!
